Designer Dian has been mastering the artistry of woodworking for years. He’s always had an appreciation towards the organic nature the material exhibits. In the MUMU Wall Sconce, he utilizes the coolness of metal married with an LED light source, and counter-balances this with the warmth of the wood on both ends of the pendant. MUMU Wall Sconce is available in two versions: Matt White with Beech and Matt Black with Walnut.

Design Story

Created by designer Dian, the MUMU Wall Sconce reflects a longstanding appreciation for woodworking and the natural character of the material. Its sculptural form balances the warmth of wood at each end with a precisely crafted metal body, creating a thoughtful contrast between organic texture and contemporary structure.

An integrated LED light source provides soft, focused illumination while preserving the sconce’s clean architectural profile. Compact yet visually distinctive, MUMU works beautifully beside a bed, along a hallway, above a console, or as an accent in a living or dining space. Its restrained proportions and material-driven design complement contemporary, Scandinavian, Japandi, and mid-century modern interiors.
