TERMS OF SALE

By submitting an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Order Review:

It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to carefully review the order details, including product selection, quantities, and delivery address, before submitting the order. Once the order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Final Sale:

All items are considered special order and are final sale. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued once an order is placed. This includes products that are backordered or discontinued.

Inventory:

Inventory availability is not guaranteed, and Goode Studio does not assume responsibility for stock shortages. Orders will not be refunded or canceled due to unavailable inventory, backorders, or delays. If an item is discontinued and will not be restocked, Goode Studio reserves the right to offer a credit towards a future purchase or a similar replacement item of equal value.

Shipping:

In-stock items typically arrive within 4-8 weeks to most major regions in Canada. However, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside Goode Studio’s control. Goode Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, customs delays, or inventory shortages.

Agreement to Terms:

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale and to comply with the Receiving Guidelines provided by Goode Studio.

RECEIVING GUIDELINES

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Inspection Upon Delivery:

The receiver must thoroughly inspect the quantity and quality of all goods immediately upon delivery, and note any discrepancies or damages before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Visible Damage:

If the exterior packaging shows visible damage, the receiver must inspect the entire delivery in the presence of the delivery driver. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on both the receiver’s and the driver’s copies of the Bill of Lading (BOL). Failure to do so may result in the inability to file a claim for damage.

Reporting Damage:

If damage to the goods is discovered, the receiver must retain the item in its original condition, including all packaging materials. The receiver is required to send photos of the damage, packaging, and the noted BOL, along with a detailed description of the issue, to crew@goode.studio within 24 hours of delivery.

Acceptance of Goods:

If no claim is filed within 24 hours of delivery, the receiver is deemed to have accepted the goods in good condition, and no further claims related to damage, defects, or discrepancies will be considered.
