Terms of Sale
By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale and to comply with the Receiving Guidelines provided by Goode Studio.
It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to carefully review the order details, including product selection, quantities, and delivery address, before submitting the order. Once the order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
All items are considered special order and are final sale. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued once an order is placed. This includes products that are backordered. However, if a product becomes discontinued after an order has been placed, the price of that item will be refunded. If the refund impacts a shipping cost, that will be adjusted against the amount of the refund.
Inventory availability is not guaranteed, and Goode Studio cannot be held responsible for stock shortages. If availability is critical to your project timeline, we recommend contacting us at crew@goode.studio
prior to purchase so we can confirm current stock and estimated lead times.
Items confirmed in stock at the time of order are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If an item becomes unavailable, backordered, or delayed after an order has been placed, Goode Studio will notify you promptly with the most current inventory information and updated estimated timelines.
Should you wish to cancel your order due to a backorder or delay, a cancellation request may be submitted for the affected item(s) within 48 hours of our notification. Approved refunds will be issued less applicable payment processing fees:
- Canada: 2.9% (Visa/Mastercard) or 3.5% (American Express)
- United States: 3.5%
Requests received after the 48-hour window are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If an item is confirmed to be discontinued and will not be restocked after your order has been placed, Goode Studio will notify you as soon as possible.
In these cases, you may choose between:
- a full refund with no processing fees, or
- applying the full value as store credit toward another product
Shipping
Once products are in stock, they typically arrive within 4-6 weeks to most major regions in Canada. However, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside Goode Studio’s control. Goode Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, customs delays, or inventory shortages.
We offer a range of delivery options to suit the scale and nature of your order. Larger furniture pieces are typically delivered via curbside service, where items are brought to the nearest accessible point at your address—such as a driveway or building entrance—and scheduled in advance for your convenience.
For a more comprehensive experience, including inside placement and assembly, white glove delivery can be arranged upon request. Please contact crew@goode.studio for a tailored quote.
Smaller pieces, including throw blankets and décor, are shipped via trusted courier partners such as FedEx or DHL and delivered directly to your door.
Our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time window.
No. Goode Studio covers all import duties and taxes, so there are no unexpected fees upon delivery.
Receiving Guidelines
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms
The receiver must thoroughly inspect the quantity and quality of all goods immediately upon delivery, and note any discrepancies or damages before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
If the exterior packaging shows visible damage, the receiver must inspect the entire delivery in the presence of the delivery driver. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on both the receiver’s and the driver’s copies of the Bill of Lading (BOL). Failure to do so may result in the inability to file a claim for damage.
If damage to the goods is discovered, the receiver must retain the item in its original condition, including all packaging materials. The receiver is required to send photos of the damage, packaging, and the noted BOL, along with a detailed description of the issue, to crew@goode.studio within 24 hours of delivery.
If no claim is filed within 24 hours of delivery, the receiver is deemed to have accepted the goods in good condition, and no further claims related to damage, defects, or discrepancies will be considered.
