1. General Shipping Notes

  • Shipping methods and services may vary depending on your location, the size and weight of the items, and the carrier used.
  • All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond Goode Studio’s control.
  • Unless otherwise specified, shipping does not include installation, electrical work, removal of existing furniture, or full assembly of complex items.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items will fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairwells at the delivery location.

For time-sensitive projects or special access requirements (condos, remote locations, ferry access, etc.), please contact us prior to placing your order so we can advise on options.

2. Canadian Shipping

2.1 Standard Delivery (Curbside)

For Canadian orders, the default shipping method is Standard Delivery (“Curbside”).

  • Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your location, such as a driveway, curb, or building entrance.

This service does not include:

  • Inside placement
  • Unpacking or debris removal
  • Assembly or setup
  • Moving items up or down stairs or into specific rooms

The customer responsible for moving the items from the curbside drop-off point into your home or project site, as well as any necessary assembly.

2.2 Inside Delivery / White Glove Service (Canada)

Depending on your location, additional services such as inside delivery or White Glove service may be available for an extra fee.

These services may include some or all of the following, depending on the provider:

  • Delivery inside your residence or project site
  • Placement of items in a designated room
  • Limited unpacking and debris removal
  • Light setup or assembly (varies by carrier and product)

If you require inside delivery or White Glove service in Canada, please contact us at crew@goode.studio prior to placing your order so that we can:

  • Confirm service availability for your address
  • Provide a quote for any additional charges
  • Discuss access details (elevators, stairs, rural access, etc.)

3. United States Shipping

3.1 Standard Delivery (Threshold)

For U.S. orders, the default shipping method is Standard Delivery (“Threshold Delivery”).

Threshold Delivery includes bringing your order into the first dry, secure area of a residence or business, such as:

  • Carport
  • Garage
  • Lobby
  • Foyer
  • Other first covered entry area

This service does not include room-of-choice placement, unboxing, debris removal, or assembly.

You are responsible for moving items from the threshold drop-off point to the final location and performing any assembly.

3.2 White Glove Delivery (United States)

White Glove Delivery service is available to U.S. customers in many locations.

White Glove service typically includes:

  • Delivery into your residence or project site
  • Placement of items in the room of your choice (subject to access and carrier policies)
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Light setup or assembly (not necessarily full or complex assembly)
