Goode Studio ships products from multiple fulfilment locations. Shipping destinations, charges, delivery methods and free-shipping thresholds are determined separately by vendor.
Combining products from different vendors does not combine their shipping thresholds. Products from different vendors may be delivered separately and at different times.
Ethnicraft products ship from an Ethnicraft fulfilment warehouse in North Carolina. Ethnicraft products are available for delivery within Canada and the continental United States, subject to service-area restrictions.
Seed Design Lighting products ship from a fulfilment warehouse in Washington State. Seed Design products are available for delivery within Canada and the continental United States.
Mungo throw blankets and SOOS Atelier tableware ship from Goode Studio in Gibsons, British Columbia. These products are available for delivery within Canada only.
Our final-sale policy does not affect claims involving an incorrect item, shipping damage, a verified product defect, an applicable manufacturer’s warranty or any rights that cannot legally be excluded
Continental United States shipping includes the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
Standard website shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories. Please contact crew@goode.studio before ordering if you require delivery outside the standard service area.
Once all Ethnicraft products included in a shipment are in stock and available for fulfilment, delivery typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks to most serviced destinations in Canada and the continental United States.
This estimate includes warehouse processing, freight transit and delivery scheduling. It is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery to remote locations or addresses outside standard carrier service areas may require additional time.
The 4–6-week Ethnicraft delivery estimate does not include time spent waiting for backordered inventory.
For a backordered product, the 4–6-week delivery estimate begins only after the product arrives back in stock and becomes available for fulfilment.
Any expected restock or availability date displayed on a product page is an estimate and may change based on information provided by the manufacturer.
When a backorder or availability estimate is disclosed before checkout, the customer accepts that status and estimated timing by placing the order.
If an item becomes unavailable, backordered or delayed after purchase, Goode Studio will notify the customer with the most current information. The customer may request cancellation of the affected item within 48 hours after Goode Studio sends that notification, subject to the conditions and payment-processing deductions stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Ethnicraft orders of $1,000 USD or more qualify for free standard curbside shipping within eligible areas of the continental United States.
For Ethnicraft orders below $1,000 USD, the applicable shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout.
The free-shipping threshold is based only on the Ethnicraft merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes. Products from other vendors do not count toward the Ethnicraft free-shipping threshold.
Additional charges may apply for remote destinations, restricted-access locations or services beyond standard curbside delivery.
Free Ethnicraft curbside delivery is available to approved Canadian postal codes serving major urban areas when the Ethnicraft merchandise subtotal is $150 CAD or more.

Products from different vendors are fulfilled separately and may arrive in multiple shipments.
Each vendor’s shipping charge and free-shipping threshold is calculated independently. For example, the value of an Ethnicraft order does not qualify a separate Seed Design, Mungo or SOOS Atelier shipment for free shipping.

Large Ethnicraft furniture products are generally delivered by scheduled curbside service.
Curbside delivery means that the shipment is brought to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address, such as the curb, driveway or building entrance.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, curbside delivery does not include:
- Delivery inside the residence or building
- Stairs or elevator service
- Unpacking
- Assembly
- Room placement
- Packaging removal
The customer is responsible for arranging sufficient assistance to move the products from the curbside delivery point into the residence or building.
The customer should verify all product dimensions and building access before ordering.
Orders delivering within the Continental United States can select White-Glove Delivery at checkout.
Canadian White-glove delivery may be available for qualifying Ethnicraft orders within select major-city service areas.
White-glove delivery is not included with free curbside shipping and must be quoted separately.
Canadian customers may request a quote before ordering or after placing an order by emailing crew@goode.studio. Please include the delivery postal code or ZIP code, products being ordered, building type and any stairs, elevators or access restrictions.
If the quote is accepted, the white-glove delivery fee will be invoiced separately and must be paid before delivery.
White-glove availability and included services depend on the delivery location, products ordered, building access and delivery provider.

The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and estimated time window. Please ensure that the telephone number and email address provided with your order are correct.
Seed Design Lighting
Tracking information will be provided when the order has been dispatched by the courier.
Mungo and SOOS Atelier
Canada Post tracking information will be provided when the order has been dispatched.
The customer is responsible for responding to the carrier and being available for a scheduled delivery appointment.
The customer must disclose restricted access, narrow roads, stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, gated entrances or other delivery conditions before delivery.
Additional charges caused by inaccurate delivery information, missed appointments, refused deliveries, restricted access, storage or redelivery may be charged to the customer.
Goode Studio primarily ships within Canada and the continental United States.
Mungo and SOOS Atelier products are available for delivery within Canada only.
Customers seeking delivery to another country or a location outside our standard service areas must contact crew@goode.studio before placing an order.
International availability, freight charges, duties, taxes, brokerage and delivery terms will be quoted separately. International orders should not be placed through the standard website checkout unless Goode Studio has confirmed the arrangements in writing.
For orders shipped by Goode Studio within Canada and the continental United States, customers will not be charged unexpected import duties or brokerage fees upon delivery.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated and charged at checkout where required.
International shipments arranged by special quotation may be subject to separate duties, taxes, brokerage charges and delivery terms.
Inspect the quantity and visible condition of all products and packaging before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.
If packaging shows visible damage, inspect the shipment in the presence of the delivery driver. Record all visible damage, shortages or discrepancies on both copies of the Bill of Lading before signing.
Writing “subject to inspection” does not constitute a damage notation.
If damage is discovered:
- Keep the product and all packaging materials in their original condition.
- Take clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping labels.
- Retain the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.
- Email the photographs, documentation, order number and a detailed description to crew@goode.studio within 24 hours of delivery.
Do not discard packaging, assemble, install, alter, repair or use a damaged product unless Goode Studio provides written instructions permitting you to do so.
Failure to inspect the shipment, note visible damage or report the issue promptly may limit Goode Studio’s ability to submit a successful carrier claim.
