Designer Dian has been mastering the artistry of woodworking for years. He’s always had an appreciation towards the organic nature the material exhibits. In the MUMU pendant, he utilizes the coolness of metal married with an LED light source, and counter-balances this with the warmth of the wood on both ends of the pendant. The MUMU pendant is available in two versions: Matt White with Beech and Matt Black with Walnut.

Design Story

Designed by Keng Dian Kuo, the MUMU Pendant XL expands the collection’s material-driven design into an impressive 180 cm linear fixture. Natural wooden end caps introduce organic warmth to the precise metal body, creating a restrained contrast between traditional craftsmanship and modern lighting technology.

The extended profile casts generous, even illumination across long surfaces while maintaining a clean architectural presence. Its dimmable integrated LED allows the atmosphere to be adjusted for different activities, making MUMU XL ideal above large dining tables, kitchen islands, conference tables, and expansive workspaces.
