Designer Dian has been mastering the artistry of woodworking for years. He’s always had an appreciation towards the organic nature the material exhibits. In the MUMU pendant, he utilizes the coolness of metal married with an LED light source, and counter-balances this with the warmth of the wood on both ends of the pendant. The MUMU pendant is available in two versions: Matt White with Beech and Matt Black with Walnut.

Design Story

Designed by Keng Dian Kuo, the MUMU Pendant L reflects his longstanding appreciation for woodworking and the organic character of natural materials. Wooden end caps soften the streamlined metal body, creating a thoughtful balance between natural warmth and contemporary precision.

Its slender linear profile distributes light evenly across the surface below without creating a visually heavy focal point. At 120 cm long, MUMU L is well suited to dining tables, kitchen islands, desks, and work surfaces where refined, practical illumination is needed.
