Design Story

Designed by Alain van Havre, the Eda collection explores rhythm and balance through softened geometry and continuous, flowing forms. Rather than relying on rigid lines, the design uses smooth transitions and carefully considered proportions to create a sense of movement and visual lightness.

The Eda Rack translates this approach into an open storage piece that is as much about display as function. Its sculptural framework creates a natural rhythm between solid surfaces and open space, allowing books, ceramics, art objects and personal collections to become part of the composition.

Crafted from mahogany and finished in a warm rose brown stain, Eda brings depth and richness to an interior while maintaining an airy presence. The result is a distinctive storage piece that works beautifully in living rooms, dining spaces, home offices and other interiors where storage can become part of the architecture.
