Design Story

Designed by Chen Chao Cheng, the DODO Floor Lamp draws inspiration from the comical yet endearing bird portrayed in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Its curved shade and slender body reinterpret the character’s whimsical silhouette through a clean, understated form that feels playful without becoming overly decorative.

The rotating shade allows the light to be directed for reading, working, or creating a focused pool of illumination. A distinctive dip switch adds another character-driven detail while providing convenient operation. Ideal beside sofas, reading chairs, desks, and bedroom seating areas, DODO combines imaginative storytelling with practical everyday lighting.
