1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the United States.
2. Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 weeks. If you place an order after 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto), we will process it on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time frames:
Shipping within the United States
- Ethnicraft Furniture: The estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
- Seed Lighting: The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks.
- SOOS Atelier & Mungo: The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to finalising your payment.
5. Shipping Carriers:
We use multiple shipping carriers including Western Logistics, FedEx, Canada Post, among others to ensure reliable delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
